CC/

EPF/0055/07

Epping Infant School

Coronation Hill

The demolition of the existing infant school and its replacement with a 420 place primary school

Committee object to this application because the arrangement contains insufficient parking for staff and visitors and, because there is no drop-off area, the impact on general parking within that part of Epping would be unacceptable. Committee also expressed concern at the amount of hard surface play space provided and felt the design of the building from a view point on Coronation Hill was unattractive with a great deal of roof but very little else to commend it.

EPF/1139/07

County Council application for the demolition of Infant School and replacement with a 420 place primary school

Committee object to this application because the arrangement contains insufficient parking for staff and visitors and because, there is no drop-off area, the impact on general parking within that part of Epping would be unacceptable. Committee also expressed concern at the amount of hard surface play space provided and felt the design of the building from a view point on Coronation Hill was unattractive with a great deal of roof but very little else to commend it.

Rosebarn Cottage

3 Fiddlers Hamlet

Mr & Mrs Francis

Proposed Carport

Committee object to this application.  The property is in green belt and has been very extensively remodelled and extended.  Additional garden space has been provided by the purchase of adjacent farm land and it would appear that following the incorporation of an existing garage into living accommodation there is now an attempt to replace the lost garage space by providing another building for a car port.
