DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
On
behalf of Councillor Mrs Hedges, the Senior Admin Officer advised
Committee of Mrs Hedges’ request for an entry to be made in the minutes,
to make it clear that as a member of both the Town and District Councils,
she will consider all matters at District level taking into account all
relevant evidence and representation at the District tier. Therefore, she
cannot be bound in any way by any view expressed in the parish tier or by
the decisions of this Committee.

declared a non-prejudicial interest in applications EPF/1204/08 and EPF

The Senior Admin Officer advised Members that the proposed public meeting
had now been arranged for Friday 1st August from 7.00pm to
9.00pm. The format would comprise of a short presentation followed by a
question and answer session. Councillor Mrs J Hedges also reported to
Members on the latest developments. Committee NOTED the updated position.
