EPPING STROKE CLUB meets on the second Tuesday of each month in the United Reformed Church Hall, Lindsey Street, Epping from 2.00pm to 4.00pm.  The hall has parking available and is disabled friendly.

We are a small club looking for new members.   The club provides a place to meet people who, through experience, understand the changes that happen after a stroke, both to the survivor and their family and friends.

We are a friendly club that enjoys craft sessions including card making and glass painting; we also have quizzes, games and talks.   We have several outings a year which have included Anglesey Abbey and lunch at Van Hage's garden centre.

We are an affiliated club of the National Stroke Association, who have information available on their website, www.stroke.org.uk.  They also provide practical information and leaflets and can be contacted by telephone on their Stroke Helpline 0845 303 3100 or by post at Stroke House, 240 City Road, London, EC1V 2PR.
