Jack Silley Pavilion
The Pavilion is located at Stonards Hill Recreation Ground where there are two rooms available for hire. It is an ideal venue for play schemes, children's parties and club meetings etc., with ample car parking facilities.
The Essex Room (approximately 55ft long by 24ft wide at widest part) is suitable for about 60 people seated or maximum 100 standing. Facilities include bar and kitchen area, with crockery, cutlery and glasses, tables and chairs.
The Forest Room, slightly smaller (approximately 25ft long by 22ft wide at widest part) can still accommodate approximately 40 people seated or maximum 60 standing and has a small kitchen area with tea making facilities and tables and chairs.
Capacities are however only a quideline and can vary from the maximums as layouts must be in accordance with fire, health and safety and licensing regulations. There is a disabled toilet and wheelchair access to both rooms. The rooms have recently been refurbished and redecorated.
Both rooms are available for hire Monday to Saturday from 8.00am to midnight and on Sundays from 10.00am to midnight. Functions must finish at least thirty minutes before the end of booking. A minimum two hour booking charge is in operation for hire of both rooms with a minimum £40 charge on Sundays.

Epping is situated on the B1393 with access to M11 (Junction 7) and M25 (Junction 26). Epping Hall is in St John's Road. The Jack Silley Pavilion can be reached via Tidy's Lane.
